In Hell's Deep there is one who strikes fear into the hearts of the most sturdy of men, the one whose image alone helps maintain the relative peace and order amongst the rough populations of workers on Corr, and he is know to most simply as “The Judge”. Colonel Gustav Krogh of the 128th Mordian Rifles is one of the few officers of the Imperial Guard who can make a Commissar shy away from him. His iron will and boundless discipline has found a home working with the Adpetus Arbites of Corr. Since they were assigned to Garrison duty Colonel Krogh's soldiers have developed a close working relationship with the arbitrators, and to most citizens of Corr there is little difference between the two.

The Judge is not pleased to hear about the Necron raids, and is making it a personal mission to drive the alien abominations from the surface of Corr, showing to all the rightousness and superiority of Human Civilization.
