Iron Discipline
Nobles raised from birth to be officers. The authority they have keeps the troops fighting to the last man. Any unit using the leadership of an officer with iron discipline for moral or pinning test ignores the -1 modifier for being under half strength, and may regroup even if below half strength.

Die Hards

Firmly indoctrinated into the faith, the troopers will stand up to overwhelming odds.
Die hard squads does not count negative moral modifiers for being outnumbered in close combat.

Emperors Blue

The color symbolises the best in the faith. Pure- hearted, solid and regal.

The Iron Eyes special guards from the 116 th Neograds- Mordians are all with ice blue eyecolor and pale skin tones. They believe themselves blessed by the Emperor.

Although commisars often has a intimidating effect on troopers, here the faith is pure

Therefor are the +1 bonus to leadership applied to the whole platoon if there are commisar present, not only the squad. (this only applies to the Neograds).
